Cozy home.
The property manager, Crystal, and on-site maintenance guy, Ric, are both dedicated to making the place comfortable. They are planning some improvements to the property, including a mini-gym. It's a bit expensive, especially since zero utilities are included, but that seems par for the course in this neighborhood (surrounded by Amazon) for the time being.

Centrally located little nest
I've lived at Carolina Court for over a year and a half, and I could not find anything even comparable in nearby new buildings even if i tried. The rent is very affordable, the building itself is also very safe with a gated courtyard & super close to the freeway.
