Convenient and safe.

The location of the building is great as in the heart of belltown. Multiple public transportation options in nearby. Close to Seattle center. Security Team is very responsible that limit the appearance of strangers/trespassers in the building. Though the parking garage monthly renting is bit inconvenient for tenant. The price for designated parking slot is $100 higher compared to other apartments in the neighborhood.

Good Place

I've lived here so long for many reasons-the first being the people. Very friendly and nice. You will easily recognize your neighbors and don't have to worry about loud noise, your mail being stolen, or your safety. I like this place mostly because the size works for me. The units are in great shape.

Love Skye

I was looking for an apartment that had enough space for my very energetic golden and that was located near SLU, Skye was the perfect fit. The apartments were recently remodeled and they have a TON of space, oh, and did I mention that they have a huge garden on the 3rd floor with grills, sun chairs, dog area and fire pit? You'll love living here.

Skye @ Belltown

My wife, myself and our two puppies moved in to Skye this past October. The move in process was smooth and easy and management made sure we had a private elevator to move our stuff in. The apartments are nicely updated, clean and mostly get great natural light. We have a south-west facing view and it's fantastic. The courtyard is great although some residents don't pick up after their pets which can be frustrating. The fitness center doesn't have much going on which is a bit of a bummer. However, when I go around 7:30-8:00 AM there's not many people in there. Overall, the apartments are great and for living in Belltown, you definitely get good value.

Downtown Seattle Reviews

Next to Target, Pike Place Market, Belltown restaurants along 2nd Avenue, Benoroya Hall and other cultural venues. Very professional crowd during daytime. Can get quiet at night. Some tourists on weekends. Some homelessness.
Always somewhere great to eat or drink open, and tons of entertainment options. Not so great with a kid, but a wonderful place to live otherwise (or if you don't mind driving to expose your child/pet to greenery). Much better than living in core downtown, since there are so many more entertainment benefits.
In the center of all of the Amazon buildings, so bars/restaurants/Whole Foods are full practically 24/7, but easy walk to the market, the stadiums, and convenient delivery services. I wouldn't recommend living here without a car.
New restaurants are also popping up like Skillet, Marination, Potbelly. Again, close to my work and the bus lines. Very close to Whole Foods too so that's convenient.
Pros: super close to offices if you work downtown. There are a lot of great restaurants in downtown, Belltown within walking distance. Grocery shopping is surprisingly easy with city Target and Kress nearby.

Cons: Lots of homeless people around. While most of them are harmless, occasionally one or two may try to pester you. Stay away from 3rd ave. Also - you are pretty much guaranteed to smell people smoking pot on the street if you walk around here. Some people on 3rd even look like they can sell you some. Well - it's legal, but still, not something I want my baby to get accustomed to...
We live on the outskirt of Belltown so we're a few blocks away from the action. This is a positive for us since it is relatively quiet but we're just a short walk from nightlife. The area is generally safe but I would avoid walking alone at night near Third and Bell.
This building is close to shopping and restaurants/ very safe area / there used to be minimum noise, however, there is construction of a building across the street, which is very noisy at night.
Expensive, but lovely
