Nobel Court Apartment
Very close to UCSD via bus, trolley. Close to Villa La Jolla Complex for groceries. Has underground parking. Management are slow but get work done.

I live in mold & dirt
Apparently according to the leasing office, the apt comes like this, but the windows are leaky and every morning we wake up with puddles of condensation on our window sills. This grew into mold within a month. Leasing office’s advice was to ventilate and clean once a week; despite 3-4 separate maintenance requests, they refused to fix it and said it was “normal”.
Apt also comes with unclean, dusty air. As ppl with sensitive skins, our eczema has worsened and we regularly scratch our arms, legs, and faces off. When you hang your clock up on the wall then take it down next month, you will find a neat dust imprint where your clock used to be. White bowls in your cabinet? In a couple of months they’ll have patches of gray. One time I wiped my just-washed fingertips over my ice cube tray (in the freezer) and lifted my finger to find it muddy. I guess even the air in our freezer is dirty. Our 3 air purifiers need filter replacement every 2 months or so.
