Great Apartment

Love my building and unit. Management is friendly, responsive, and helpful. Location is 1 block away from metro which is super nice for commuting to campus for class. The building is also secure and requires fob access to enter and has a front desk reception. The only downside is the cost, which they did raise rent when I renewed. The location of Courthouse in Arlington is nice because it's only 2 metro stops to campus and easy to get into the city, but also accessible to restaurants and bars in Clarendon/Ballston.

Great location, a little expensive

This is a great location. It is right across the street from the metro, which is very convenient when you have a lot of case books to carry! It is only two stops from GW. there is a giant, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too.

The staff is so nice and helpful. Super easy to get delivery or packages.

The only drawback is it is a little expensive. The utilities are billed separately (and add about $100 extra per month) and then parking is an additional $125 per month.

Great location, great staff, great amenities, too expensive

It's a great apartment with a decent amount of space, good sunlight, amazing location, it is just way too expensive for what it actually is. No utilities are included in rent, that's an extra $150-200 on top of rent per month, it's even more expensive to have pets or a parking space. Other than the price, I like most everything about the apartment.

Awesome

This is an amazing location (court house metro) with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. The building is nice inside and the staff is very helpful. It is expensive but ends up being a way better bang for your buck than living in DC itself. You would never be able to get a place this nice in DC with an in unit washer dryer, directly across from a metro station, with this much space.

Average Apartment

Pretty run of the mill apartment for the Arlington area. For the price, I could have found one of better value in the area, but being new to the area I wasn't sure where to live. My biggest complaint is about the price. Its a little pricey for someone in their first year out of college.

Great Management

I have been living in this apartment building for about two years now and I am incredibly impressed by the management still to this day. Especially after this huge snow storm the management has been diligent about contacting all of the residents and clearing everything for us to leave the building when necessary.

The property is set in a residential area that is pleasant and safe. Custis trail is nearby for running, biking, and walking. It provides easy and quick access to the city and Rosslyn. I love this trail.

MOM's market is on-site. I shop there occasionally but prefer the cheaper option of Giant down the street (a short drive or walk). The metro is a short and safe 5-minute walk away. The building does sit right off Lee Highway, but I have never had any noise or other problems associated with this. I like how quickly I can pull onto the major road instead of navigating around crowded city traffic. I drive to school in under 5 minutes via Lee Highway.
When I first came to school everyone said DuPont circle was the place to live and I wanted to be in the scene with everyone. After living in Arlington, I do not regret this decision at all. Everything is so clean and classy and safe. It is really the perfect community filled with young professionals. I personally think it is a better place for networking than the city.
Average neighborhood, food scene is unexceptional. If the law school wasn't right here I wouldn't be living here. Tons of crowds and people not taking masks / social distancing / pandemic in general serious and going to bars and clubs.
Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Near Trader Joe’s, Giant, and Whole Foods for grocery needs. Metro transit steps away, but also a quick walk to Roslyn or Courthouse.
Great local area. Night life is okay, but very tailored to ex-frat bros. Tons of great food and an easy commute to the city.
Very walkable area, lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Area feels safe to walk around even at night.
Metro, bars, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, breweries, etc. all a block or two away.
Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, parks, dog park, etc.
