A balance between safety, cost, expense, and convenience
The apartment on-site management has been responsive and helpful when we have questions. The community is gated and safe. The insulation between floors is very good - at least if you are on the second floor. You cannot hear the voices of neighbors, only loud bang, such as someone who is hammering a nail into a wall. While many will tell you to stay away from Boulder highway, which is generally true, this community is a solid exception. We have never had any vagabonds wander about the community nor have we had any criminal related activity (at least that we have seen or heard of). The property is only 15 minutes from the school and is close to a host of restaurants and other businesses including the Galleria at Sunset (a two-story mall with "normal people" stores). At the time we moved to Henderson rate were climbing, I know a couple who moved in just a few months before us and are paying $1200 for the same apartment. Lastly, there are some apartments with garages for those who need them and there are detached garages for rent; however, there is quite a waiting list.

All is well.
I don't have many complaints about this complex. Apartments are shared living spaces, so that comes with its own battles. However, I have never had any negative experiences. I do believe it is a little overpriced for the location, but I digress.
