Quebec House has been a fantastic place to live. The building is quiet, well-maintained and the staff is great. We've had a couple maitenance issues come up since we moved in, and after submitting a request all problems were resolved the same day.

The apartments are really spacious and have TONS of storage. Definitely recommend.

Apartment is awesome, it was originally a 1 bedroom but they let us build a wall to split it into a 2 bedroom. Nice gym, friendly and helpful concierges, and free breakfast on the second wednesday of every month! Score baby! Would totally recommend living here, it's awesome.

Quebec House is a great place to live. Having amenities included makes a huge difference, as well as free parking. A diverse mix of residents live in the building, and the easy access to the metro is a huge plus. Management and maintenance are great, with nothing being too much trouble.

Quebec House has been an amazing place to live. While the building is older, maitenance staff keeps everything running smoothly. The apartments are spacious (but kitchens are small). Plus, the location 5 min from the metro is perfect.

People are friendly, but the building is very quiet overall. Frontdesk staff is wonderful and the valet with dry cleaning is a huge plus. Would recommend to anyone!

Lived here for years -- love the management company and clean building. Any issues I have are resolved immediately. For example, a clogged garbage disposal on a Sunday evening was resolved that night. Largest studio I have seen. The area is safe and convenient, albeit not so "cool" in comparison to other up and coming neighborhoods. Close to metro and great value in comparison to those other hoods though.

I have lived here for over three years and it has been a pretty postive experience. Both management and maintenance are very responsive to any and all problems that arise. The location is great and I've never seen a bug in my apartment. Parking is free, although hard to find at night. They do have the option for paid parking.

Overall an excellent experience! Great value for the location; all utilities AND parking included in rent! 6 minutes walk to the metro, and close to other shops and restaurants. Gym in building is a bit small, only a few free weights, but overall, pretty solid.

I love living in Quebec House. The building's location is wonderful, only a few minutes' walk from the Cleveland Park metro stop. Management is very responsive and always helpful with packages, visitor parking passes, etc. Studios' layout is excellent.

I've lived in Quebec House for 1.5 yrs now. I love living here. A studio for $1570/month with utilities and parking included - in such close proximity to a DC metro stop is hard to come by. It's close to the Cleveland Park metro stop and many restaurants are close by.

The Quebec House is a great building in a great location. The amenities are unbeatable, and the staff is very attentive. Free parking outside, which is usually easy to find. They fix any problems almost immediately and are very proactive about maintenance.
