Gables Ponce

Overall great experience living in this building. Lots of amenities including pool and 24 hr gym, and nice apartments. Close to lots of things to do in Coral Gables, and centrally located in Miami. Only downside is that it takes about 30 minutes to drive to FIU campus, and that management at the building is not the best, although this hasn't really impacted my living experience much.

Decent apartment

Big apartments and near the metro as well as a few grocery stores. Convenient location right on ponce and US 1. Management and maintenance aren’t the greatest. It is hard to get help when an issue arrises.

Gables Ponce

I love the building. It's 6 minutes from campus by car, and the residents are a mix of students, working professionals, and families. Parking is included, too!

I love the grove it is up and coming. It is super walkable and feels very safe with a neighbor hood vibe. I feel safe as a woman running in the early night or super early in the morning. There are also a ton of great shops and restaurants.
