Super Social

I met my husband here on the roof! We both lived in the building and met through a management sponsored activity. We love all the amenities!

EXPENSIVE - but worth it

If you want to live close to everything in DC - this is the place. Good restaurants, Metros, Shopping - everything. The apartments are well-built, full of light and secure. Residents are quiet and respectful. Management is quick and responsive.

Post Mass

The building is nice with a great location, but it is on the pricey side. It has a nice rooftop with grills and a swimming pool, a small gym, business center, newspapers, and continental breakfast in the mornings. It is a well managed building and all of the facilities are kept very clean.

Great place to live

Post Mass has been a fantastic place to live for the past year and a half. It doesn't sit directly on any metro lines, but it's extremely walkable to everything we need including my husband's office near the White House (10 min walk), Whole Foods (2 blocks away), and tons of restaurants + bars. Maintenance requests have all been attended to on the same or next day, and the management is quick to respond to any questions. It's not the swankiest building in DC, but nothing within it feels old or outdated. The building and amenities are always kept super clean, and the rooftop pool + grilling area has been a nice perk during warm months. Free copies of the Post and free weekday breakfast pastries/bagels are also nice touches.

Expensive, but awesome location

It's really expensive to live in downtown DC, but it has amazing amenities (rooftop pool with a view of the monuments and breakfast every morning). And it's so easy to get anywhere in the city! I don't own a car, but stay on the silver line if you want to do that.

Logan Circle Reviews

40 reviews
Logan Circle is the perfect location! It's close to 14th St and P St and the up and coming Shaw neighborhood so you have tons of restaurants, gyms and shops in walking distance. You're also walking distance to U st, Dupont, downtown (Farragut), Metro Center and Chinatown so you are ideally located - can get to any metro line in 10-20 minutes walking.
I think this is the best location if you want to be in DC and work in McLean. Unfortunately, having to be close to the Silver line somewhat limits where you can live in DC (unless you want to transfer metro lines). While my commute could still take up to an hour, I think it is worth it because Logan Circle has so many great restaurants and bars. Also, I can very easily walk to a ton of other neighborhoods (Dupont, Shaw, etc.)
This part of town has gentrified drastically in a short amount of time. That comes with the good and the bad. There are so many developments going up that it has misplaced the communities that once lived here. However, there are still hip old tropes of those communities up and down U St and 14th St. Ethiopian dive restaurants, to great music clubs, and a safe, lively gay scene, this is a booming part of town.
Walking distance to several metro lines and going-out areas.
Logan Circle is my favorite neighborhood in DC for living and leisure. I have every type of grocery store within a 5 minute walk from my apartment, multiple gyms, and most of my favorite bars and restaurants.
Its is a fairly nice neighborhood with a lot of families. It is quiet and doesn't have almost any criminal activity. It is a great place to start a family
All you need is close by or within walking distance or a quick Uber. Good variety of restaurants and bars. Parks nearby and safe location.
Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and fun things to do. Not the cheapest place to live but a great spot to be in.
