I love living here!
Friendly, clean, always helpful. If something needs to be fixed they are literally there immediately to get it fixed. It's pricey but you get what you pay for, especially in Tribeca, everything is expensive. There's no storage but they do have storage bins that you can pay extra for. It didn't matter for me because I didn't really need any additional space.

Tribeca Reviews
From Truffles, you are also a long walk to transit, expect 10 minutes to get to the 123 or ACE. Not very convenient unless you live in an Uber which most people in the building use frequently.
Cons: mostly families, only 2 small grocery stores, a lot of retail shops closing due to high rent
