Living in 31 Brewerytown
Brewerytown is one of developing area in Philadelphia county, and it has the best chance of price-quality-equality life. And it even has a better chance with this apt building, which is the location is outstanding along with neighbors. Although the area might still feel unsafe during the night, I personally have had no problem walk around the area. And the management office at this community is amazingly helpful and willing to support your living.

I moved into this place since last September, and have been grateful with the service and amenties that I am paying for. Easy to commute with cars to the university city and minute away from art museum area / kelly drive. You can expect a great maintainance and leasing office is beyond the expectation.

Modern
Modern place. Free parking ... Neighborhood isn't the best but good value. When I moved in I asked about neighborhood. Apartment manager said it was good, etc. He neglected to tell me there was a break-in about 2 weeks prior to that. Cops have been to building twice this week with no explanation to tenants. I was told i would have parking when i moved in only to find out after signing that all spots were taken and i had to wait for a parking lot to be paved.
Happy living here but don't like being manipulated.

Great Value
I have lived in my current apartment for 6 months and I am so satisfied that I just extended my lease. The appliances and features in the apartment are high quality. The layout is very open and spacious for a 1 bedroom (my apartment is two floors). Off street parking is a great feature. I know more people in my complex than I ever knew in previous apartments. They put in plenty of safety features - cameras on the property, fab entry, etc. The staff responds immediately to requests/maintenance. Large windows with lots of light. We sit right behind an Aldi and Fine Wines - super convenient. We have multiple bus routes within just 2 blocks that take me right into center city. I run Kelly drive just about every day because it's so close! Having Fairmount Park right next door is great! New restaurants are always popping up in this area. I have no complaints!

Brand new luxury apartment
The building is new and thus very clean and has new finishes. It's difficult to find a place with parking, balconies, and laundry inside the unit so while it feels too expensive, it has been worth it.

Nice building in an up and coming neighborhood
The apartment complex is very modern and has a brand new feel to it. The neighborhood is a little on the rough side but constantly improving. Facilities are good and management is responsive to all concerns. Overall a nice place to live if you are looking for a luxury apartment outside of the center city area.

Perfect sized apartments in Brewerytown
Apartments and buildings are nice, key fob access into the tower helps with security. Each tower only has 8 apartments so access is relatively limited. Deliveries can call individual renters to gain access and drop off packages in the main area. Apartments come with with nice sized, southern facing balconies for enjoying nice weather, new appliances, nice counter tops and a stacked washer dryer in each unit. Close to 76 and 95 is easily accessible as well from the Art Museum circle. Trolley and bus stops each within two blocks for easy access to center city. Short walk (~0.5 miles) to boathouse row and water area, similar distance to the Zoo. A few blocks away from Fairmount park with driving range and disc golf course. Area is very up and coming with new restaurants and breweries opening on Girard regularly.

Love it
Our apartment is brand new. We like the modern kitchen, having our own washer and drier, and the fact that our unit has two balconies on two floors facing directly Fairmount park.
The location was the main reason why we decided to move there. It is not in the crowded center, but we can walk to it. We are few steps away from the park, the zoo, a supermarket and, most important, the beer shop. Moreover, we love to go to work now. Since we work in University city we just walk or bike along the river, never facing the traffic.

Brewerytown
Brewerytown is up and coming. It's nice to live in a new/clean apartment as these prefabs went up fast. Management company is pretty responsive to needed repairs.
