Terrible Management Company, Complex
Management company is terrible. I have to call several times to resolve maintenance issues. The trash cans are always overflowing and there is trash all over the complex and parking lot. There are no security measures taken for the complex. Rent has increased over $200/month in less than a year. They are now forcing tenants to subscribe to their cable package and I don't even have a TV. They have shut off the water multiple times without warning, it was out for two days straight at one point. No insulation in apartments - I can hear my neighbors closing doors and talking.

Unfulfilled Potential
This is a apartment complex that seems really nice, but doesn't live up to it. A gated complex, which is iffy if they gates work and when they do they lock out half of the residents. Apartments that seem nice, but are cheaply made with thin walls and floors that unfortunately make you too familiar with your neighbors. Garbage often times litters the grounds, with only a loose concept of recycling.
On the plus side, the area is very up and coming, good location to many things you would use everyday; and the management company has a very awkward sense of humor, if you are into that sort of thing.
