425 Review
Love the apartment building, amazing and unique duplex floorplan and best amenities in the city. Could use better management staff but great to have a doorman. Parking in garage is very pricey though. Conveniently located and great for public transportation as well.

Not the best
Wouldnt necessarily suggest for families. Lots of young people, who like to party, which makes the amenities, specifically the pool area not so family friendly. The management company ignores broken fitness machines for some time and ignores the fact that amenity fees are charged and machines remain broken for months upon months.

Good amenities, management, residents
Lots of social activity going on, the crowd here isn't afraid to come out to the rooftop to have fun and play. Management is accomodating and often puts on social events, mixers, etc. Convenient location, especially if you work in downtown. It's a bit pricey--but, then again, so is everything in this area. They often have move-in specials.

425 Mass is a great place to live
I have been living at 425 mass for 5 years. Its a nice community in a great neighborhood. The management is usually pretty professional. The building's amenity's are great as far as the roof area, pool, gyms. I would definitely recommend 425 to a friend.

High-end feel without the price tag
I've lived in 425 Mass for two years and love it. The amenities are fantastic - pools, gyms, 24 hour concierge, fob entry, etc. Maintenance is excellent and luckily I haven't had to use them very often since the apartments are well-built. The walls are thick so you never hear your neighbors (or roommates!). Granite countertops, hardwood floors, nice appliances, all the bells and whistles. You get great bang for your buck and enjoy an awesome location (5 minutes from the metro) for a relatively cheap price, at least by DC standards.

New building in DC's Chinatown
This apartment has wood floors, granite counter tops and floor to ceiling windows in the living space. The roof is one of the best spots in DC, overlooking the Capitol Building and Monument. It also has two pools on the roof with grills and socialization spaces. Underground parking is available, but expensive at $225 per month. The commute to the McLean office is about 45 minutes on the metro, but it is worth every minute to live in the city!
