Convenient

Convenient and nice apartment building and units--a 15 minute walk from campus and right across from Riverside Park South & the Hudson River. Sort of a dead zone for restaurants and coffee shops though. 10 minute walk from the 1/2/3 72nd street subway station but the M72 drops off right around there and there is also a shuttle that goes to 72nd from the building.

Quiet location - limited frills

Right on Riverside Park. Attractive spot for dog owners. The building staff is quite small. Can always hear the hum of the Westside Highway.
