Great value for money
Great value for money
- the rent is among lowest in Austin. Home appliance (fridge, oven, microwave oven, washer and dryer), basic furniture (bed, study desk, dining table, sofa) are all included
- 12-15 minutes free bus ride to UT campus
- study room and free printer
- it is quiet and safe. it is not scary like what internet review says

Cheap for what you get
The complex offers a lot of amenities like a gym, pool, basketball and tennis courts, free coffee, community spaces, in-unit laundry and more. Though things are falling apart, I had leaking pipes from upstairs that caused a massive mold problem but the complex relocated me and spent a month fixing the mess. My apartment is furnished as well which is convenient for an out of state student. It isn't the nicest place but you get a lot for less than $600 a month. A great option for someone on a tight student budget.

Don't do it.
My experience at University Estates hasn't been my favorite. I was desperate for a last minute apartment because I got a job on a whim and had to relocate to Austin immediately and this was the first one that became available to me. Cheap rent tho. That's always a plus.

Spacious Rooms
The move in to University Village was smooth. The room was clean and nice. Large walk in closet and the shapes of the apartments is similar to houses in villages. Decent kitchen space to enjoy cooking. Private bedroom/bathroom which makes it convenient to enjoy privacy while sharing living space.

Calm Area
Living at University Village is a nice experience away from daily students parties. Pet friendly, nice amenities; gym and pool. Moreover, there are always monthly events for residents and weekly giveaways. The employees at the leasing office are friendly.

Great location…
Great location but not every one goes to school that lives here. One of my roommates has been to jail and I believe i should be notified before being roomed with such a person. Also they make you pay two months rent your first month and which really pissed me off. Overall you get what you pay for.

Nice Place with Events
The apartment condition at move in wasn't good especially that I moved in without having roommates that I previously know. The place wasn't clean and there roaches. After several requests to the management they finally brought pest control. Events are nice in addition to the pool and gym. I recommend the place if you like to drive and if you want to move in with roommates you know. I like the private bathroom/bedroom so someone can have some privacy. Closets need a better arrangement.

Can't wait to move out of here
Worst apartments ever. Whenever I call leasing office that something is broken I have to wait for weeks to get it fixed. Super slow and bad service. I cant wait to move out of there. It is not even safe and the bus stop is so far away. I hate it so much

Okay, but far from the bus stop
The apartment is kinda ok. Very far from the bus stop. Management takes ages to respond. They have such a bad communication among themselves. You will put in a request this week and it may takes upto 2 or 3 weeks to get fixed and when you call the office they will have no idea whats going on.
so well that kind of sucks.

Good, but the location could be better
It is pretty good, just that the location isn't satisfying. It is pretty far from the bus stop. Management takes a lot of time in responding to the complaints. The gym and other facilities are good. Also, it is pretty safe.
The buildings are weirdly numbered, so its difficult when you call a cab or something.
