Staff here are all sweet and pleasant. The swimming pool is spacious and perfect for summer. They just renovated the gym so it's been looking a lot nicer. My only complaint is their elevator renovations that cause long waits and inconvenience to many residents.

Great apartment unit but no patio or balcony marks it down. Relatively small storage space within the unit but there is also a storage unit on our floor. Very nice gym has everything that you need but sometimes gets crowded. Elevators are constantly having construction done on them so sometimes there is a long wait.

I really love this apartment building. The staff is extremely friendly. From the second you arrive, the front desk staff give you a warm feeling. They always make me smile. The location couldn't be better. There are places to eat and shop right outside

The apartment is great! We love living there. The building is full of different people and everyone is very friendly. It is always very clean and quiet, making it enjoyable to live there. We have only lived there for a month but everything is going well.

The apartment is great and located in a great area but the elevators are constantly in flux. If we didn't have to deal with that situation, which occasionally makes us late, I would have nothing but great things to say. Huge fan of the maintenance and front desk people though!

Staff are extremely nice and pleasant. Location is everything. Gym is decent and the pool is awesome in the summer. Only complaint I have is that they're modernizing the elevators (which look amazing) but this means it takes longer to get on/off the elevators especially when people have work or are coming back from work.

The amenities and location of Newberry Plaza are what make it so exceptional- an outdoor pool, state of the art fitness center, two restaurants in the lobby and utilities/cable included in rent are amazing. The light in our corner unit is exceptional- as well as the views of the south and lake East.
