Nice apartments, bad location.

I really have little to no complaints about the apartment. Sure, I wish the light in the closet wasn't automatic (why?) and the "dog parks" were bigger and not so smelly, but there are good amenities, a nice and helpful staff, especially maintenance, and an "urban," industrial floorplan. The biggest complaint I have is the surrounding location. It's right downtown, which is nice, but Pioneer Square can get seedy at nighttime. During the day though, it's great! Quick and easy access to restaurants and shops. Considering it's right next to the Seahawks stadium, the noise level is surprisingly low and usually nonexistent on non-game days. I think one day the surrounding area will improve much more and then it would be ideal to live here.
