Great space to be!
I moved from another country and I'm very happy with the apartment that I am living in. Staying in downtown has lots of advantages. Everything is nearby and it is all clean, great management etc. My utility bills are not that expensive too. I would like to stay here for as long as I need to and I could. Price range is great too.

Spacious and well lit
Ellington is an amazing place to live in Bellevue downtown. It's one of the cheapest available options in the area with spacious floorplans and well-light apartments. The apartments has lots of windows hence feels good and connected to the world. Good view of downtown. Although it would have been great if there was an indoor swimming pool and more gym facilities.

Review of apartment
At a walkable distance from major grocery stores, restaurants, office buildings etc. good management . house is cozy and clean with no maintenance issues whatsoever. Gym membership is included and it is amazing. Quick services are available nearby. Downtown has its other own big advantages.
