- brand new building

- conveniently located close to downtown Ann Arbor
- nice gym
Great modern building less than 15 minute walk to Ross
618 is a modern, new building that is relatively close to campus. The management team is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Really great management
I really love living at 618. Yes, it is a little bit more expensive, but management treats us really well and they are always on top of everything. The management is almost like family. There was one time when I was in a rush to catch a plane and realized I had a bunch of food sitting in my trash can. I called management and they took the trash out for me!

Lots of Ross students
Building, apartments, and amenities are fantastic. Ton of other Rossers in the building. 10-15 min to both Ross and downtown Ann Arbor, though the one downside is it's not right near anything.

High price but great
Great amenities, but with a higher price. However, the apartment is dog-friendly and within walking distance of central campus and downtown

Comfy but expensive living
It's expensive but a great place to live. If you have a dog, the surrounding neighborhood is great for walking. The electricity is not too expensive, and the heat/AC is all electric. The management is great, in my opinion, very friendly and helpful. I wish it were closer to Ross (15 min walk), but if you have a small dog or cat, this is probably one of the better pet-friendly apartments.

Worth the Investment
I live with my wife and her dog. When we added up all the expenses that we would have living in other dog friendly apartments, the delta was absolutely worth the convenience and community that we get at 618.

Outstanding choice, close to campus, great management
Management is very accommodating and easy to work with; very little noise, good amenities like pool, gym, and common room. Highly recommended!

Best place in Ann Arbor
Best place to live in Ann Arbor for family/grad students, close to downtown and Ross, fun community events every couple of weeks, and very few undergrads. Not cheap, but you'll get the best value for your money compared to other places.
