We really like our apartment. It is super close to campus, pet-friendly, and clean. The landlords are very responsive. The only downside is that we are surrounded by undergraduates and it can be loud on game days.

Great unit, quiet street. Small overall, not ideal for more than one person. Management company is unreliable but fixes things without issue. Very close to Ross. One assigned parking space, comcast cable. Optional furnishings

This is a great six-unit all grad student building just a five minute walk from Ross. All units come furnished, and ours has an in-unit washer/dryer. One parking spot included with the unit but street parking can usually be found within a couple block radius. Only downside is that the neighborhood has some undergrad party houses around it so at the beginning of the year and on football game days, it's pretty loud. Heat and electricity included for $250 (total) a year.

Great location and space

1015 Vaughn is a great location - about a 6 minute walk to Ross, and a central location on campus. Our unit specifically was recently renovated, and it modern, functional, and pretty - and even includes an in-unit washer and dryer, and wine fridge! The management is generally responsive and easy to work with.

Great complex really close to Ross. We have the most renovated apartment in the building so I am not sure what other units look like but Varsity Management is easy to work with. Parking is included in rent and is an outdoors. Our amenities in the apartment are great and the storage is awesome.

Spacious kitchen, living space, and bedrooms compared to the fancier, more modern apartments. However appliances, fixtures, and furniture could do with an upgrade. Bathroom is also on the smaller size. Management is generally quick to respond to maintenance requests. 6-7 minute walk to Ross.
