Good apartment and price, nice amenities with pool gym and half court basketball indoors.

The Avenue

Nice, safe, quiet, condo complex with good amenities including Basketball court, outdoor pool and tennis courts. There is 24 hour security that walks around the complex. location is very close and convenient to campus. I am happy with this building and would recommend it.
