A decent place to live, with pests issue
I have just been staying here for 3 months. It is a decent place to stay. Be prepared for pests such as ants, cockroaches and spiders though!
It is recommended to understand the exact block you are getting the apartment in especially if using bus for daily commute to school. 3900 is closest to the bus stop(2 minutes walk) and 3601 is the farthest(~15 minutes walk).
Housing services is prompt! Laundry room and mail services are fine too.

Good for international students
Park West is conveniently located, approximately 2 miles from UCI.
You can bike, take Octa bus or Ant eater express to school. You may want to invest in a bus pass.
The Anteater express for Parkwest isn't free unlike other lines.
Parkwest is right next to a grocery store which caters to Asian and mideastern countries.

ParkView Lane
I have been staying at Parkview since September 2017 and have been very pleased with my experience. The apartment homes are close to the bus stop that is on the route of the bus going to UCI. It is also close to grocery stores, pharmacy and Starbucks.

Convenient but simple
Buses, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, convenient for people without car.
The inside is like old hotel, simple and crude. Poor air conditioning. Have bugs.

Insect problem
This apartment has open gym for residents. But the environment is not that good. There are some insects in the room.

Great place to live if you can afford it.
Ridiculously expensive, but a great apartment. With great amenities.

Not sure what this question means.
Great experience. I love the setting the complex is in. They do a great job maintaining it. It's absolutely beautiful and smells like mint julep. Every maintenance request I've submitted (even when I've spilled wine on the carpet, or we broke the screen door) has been addressed very quickly. The only thing that is annoying, is that every apartment only has 2 parking spaces - the third (which we have) is left to fend for street parking, which is hard to find. That also makes having parties difficult (we tell people to park in a store lot 4 minutes walk away). Lots of closet and cabinet space. Great place to live overall.

Wish there were more on campus options
Park West is okay, but I'd rather live on campus. I wish there were more on campus options so I could live closer to school.
