Good value for law student on a budget

Todd Lofts
I enjoy living at Todd Lofts. It is a solid value in a decent area. Two blocks over, and you are in Scott's Addition where the rent is much higher. However, my car has been stolen from the parking lot once. My room is the only room in the apartment that receives natural light. This is something my roommates do not like. Management is never on property, although there are not too many issues they would be able to deal with directly. I think it is a solid place for college students to live, especially if you can deal with the low levels of natural light.

Mold!
Only writing this review to make sure that students do not rent from here - my apartment was ridden with mold and humidity, and I spent weeks in the beginning of the semester moving AGAIN and dealing with related health issues. There were several other issues - very thin walls (could hear neighbor's conversations), not professionally cleaned before I moved in, etc.
