Quiet, older apartment next to Bus!

I’ve enjoyed my experience so far at Lansing West. Although it’s on the border of Ithaca and Lansing, it’s a short 10 min bus ride to campus. The apartment complex is older, but the property management company has been kind and I’ve run into no issues.

close to bus station and grocery

quiet and spacious. It has 24 hours maintenance. I strongly recommend two students share 2bedrooms apartment. The price for 1B and 2B are very similar. If you can find someone to share, it is very affordable. In addition, it is in the walking distance to big Grocery and Ithaca mall. You don't need to take Uber for shopping. I rent a second floor 1B. It has a big balcony, I highly recommend the second floor or above, because Ithaca is too cold in winter. BTW, it allows cat.
