Dexter Park Brookline
Dexter Park is a great place to live! The front desk staff is great and the management keeps in contact with its residents; gives plenty of heads up time if they will be doing work/water shut-offs/laundry room repair/etc...Parking is available for an additional fee ($200-$250), they allow pets and it's a 5 min walk from the CTC / Greenline on Commonwealth. Some of the undergrad students can get pretty loud on the weekends but overall a great place to live and you get more room for your money!

Maintenance
The maintenance people always show up quickly, but they don’t do the best job. We had a rat in our apartment for weeks and maintenance was not that helpful.

Trees block my sunlight
Trees block my sunlight on 3rd floor. Heat is far from warm enough. Mice spotted occasionally

Solid apartment, but a little loud and lots of undergrads
Pros: Community Room, Business Meeting Room, Gym (not spectacular though), Package Receiving, Parking Lot (not included), amazing views, balconies and walking distance to BU, Coolidge Corner and Packard Corner
Cons: It is a very big building (200+ apartments) which means it isn't always quiet, the elevators can get slow during move in day, sometimes it is hard to get packages because there are so many. Expensive rent too.
Note: A lot of international students and undergrads live here. Also, half of the building is pet-friendly
