Spacious apartment in good location and has all you need. Slightly older building and less amenities than neighbors but cheaper alternative and great for 2 years.

Capitol Centre Court is a great apartment for someone moving to Madison alone looking to find an affordable place. It is nice and cozy and only a 10 minute walk from the business school.

Great price, great location, and great staff. Easy access in and out of the building. A great place to live as a graduate student.

What I love the most about my apartment is the location. It's a short walk (12 mins) to Grainger and an even shorter walk (2 mins) to State street for bars and entertainment. The market is right across the street for food and toiletries, and the bus stop is right outside the building for anywhere else I need to go. Although the space and appliances aren't new, it has everything I need (at a reasonable price) for the two short years I am here.

Very nice and convenient apartment complex that is only about a 10-15 minute walk to campus. The cost for the convenience and the living accommodations is nice. I think for the space and the location, it's a great place to live.

This apartment is the best bang for your buck. Great views, amenities, neighbors, and proximity to campus (12 minutes from Grainger).

Capitol Centre Court Apartments are the best value for the location. The units are slightly dated, but the price is significantly less than other buildings like Domain or Ovation in the area. While it doesn't have quite the exhaustive amentities or premier unit finishes as some of those aforementioned buildings, the monthly rent savings are more than worth it for many. Maintenance is always super quick (for the few minor issues I've had), and management is very responsive.

This place is great for single or young couples on a budget. Close to the school and the capitol and right on the bus line. Management is really responsive and quite nice. Only downside is the finishings....you won't get granite countertops and stainless steel, but nothing is falling apart either!
