Modern, clean building with plenty of amenities
Overall I'm satisfied with the Domain. The apartment is really nice - it's all very modern and clean, although I don't feel like it's worth the amount of money I pay. Considering moving next year to a cheaper apartment. The perks are nice - cool clubhouse on the 11th floor, fitness center on the first floor, and a coffee machine with free coffee in the lobby (it's broken about 20% of the time, though).
Be careful when signing a lease with these guys. They sprang some surprise fees on us the day we moved in, and we have found them to be unethical on two separate occasions regarding financial issues.
One benefit of living here is that lots of other grad students live in the building. If you are considering moving to the Domain, connect with a second year student because they can get a $500 bonus for referring you to sign a lease. Then you can split the bonus and both end up with $250.

Great Spot, A Little Pricey For Most
Very quiet, mostly professionals and grad students from my experience. Having the gym and pool is nice from an amenity standpoint. There's been some staff turnover, but overall they are helpful and quick to respond.

Great Place - Pretty Quiet
No hassles and awesome management. Generally have responded quickly to the only maintenance request I had. A little pricey, but convenient location and nice amenities.

Domain is great!
Domain is a brand new building close to campus and the downtown area. Domain's amenities are high quality and the building's management is top notch. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the location is fantastic and the apartment finishes are very nice. And there's an in-unit washer/dryer. Domain is a great place to live and you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic Place!
We live in a 1br at the Domain. It is a good size for a single person or couple with a pet rabbit. Nice balcony, great views! Its also nice to live in a building with lots of other MBAs. The management is top-notch and throws fun get-togethers such as holiday parties, pool parties, and football watching in the large club room. The gym is good and sometimes people organize yoga classes, etc. The rest of the building is clean, bright, and new.
Pros: In-unit laundry, hardwood floors, amazing views, spacious enough for our pet bunny to hop around, good lighting, free coffee in the lobby.
Cons: Need more closet space, a little pricier but worth it.

Fun place for graduate students.
Domain has many young professionals and graduate students, so it is fun and doesn't get too loud during the week. It is located equidistant from the Wisconsin School of Business and the state capital, so it is a great location for walking to school and heading to the bar. There are great amenities like a swimming pool, fitness room, grills, clubhouse and free coffee. It is also a newer building, so the rooms are almost brand new. Make sure you check out your apartment layout before signing because some units have large support poles in innocuous locations. Overall, I am very happy!
