Overall a pretty good experience, very close to school and has a grocery store right by it. Haven't had any issues yet.

Expensive, but worth it!
Lived here during my undergrad and decided to leave here during graduate school as well. It is a secure building, with a great management team! If you ever have any maintenance issues or questions they are always quick to respond and help. The amenities include washer/dryer units on each floor, study rooms on each floor, hot tub, 4th floor patio and workout room. The location is phenomenal and the building is connected to Fresh Madison Market.
