Great Leasing Experience in Older Building
I like my apartment. The building is a little older (and the layout is confusing at first, so it's kind of tough to get guests in the first time), but the apartment itself has updated appliances and isn't too expensive given its location right on multiple major bus lines.

Apartment Review
I think we are getting a great value compared to the other apartment prices that are in Madison. We are next to the stairs so we constantly hear people coming up and down. We also usually hear the construction of the business park that is happening across the street.
