It's cost effective...
The management company for the property is fine. They are very flexible and even let me out of my lease early at the end of the year.
I was in unit 103. It was very cost effective and came with a washer/dryer in the unit. It was a basement unit so I had to buy a dehumidifier or else deal with the high humidity during the warmer months. Parking is free. There is a bus transfer station only one block away. I would say that this is not ideal for students but is ideal for people who work on the south side of Madison.

You get what you pay for...
It's cheap. You get what you pay for. My apartment is in the basement, so it is very humid. I had to buy a dehumidifier in order to be comfortable. I will not be living there again. The one advantage it has is that it is one block from the South Transfer Point, so buses are always available.
