Mosaic at Metro reviews and highlights
- Great amenities (pool, gym, media and game rooms)
- Can't beat the value
- Within a block of a mall, movie theater and lots of bars and restaurants
- No weight limit for dogs
Easy Access to Metro
Steps from the metro and about 5-6 stops from howard. Surrounding area has target, mall, movies, and LA fitness all within walking distance. Parking is 60 a month but this is a good place to live if you don’t have a car. Would recommend to avoid signing leases in summer as the price will be significantly. I got this price on March

Great Management
The apartment management company is extra friendly, and would always try to work out any issues or "situations" you might have, even if it has to do with your rent. Try and find some HU students that live in the building, and have a great school year

Great for Families
My wife and I have lived in this apartment complex since the start of my medical school career (3 years). It is pretty expensive, but we find it hard to leave with all of the amenities and location. It is situated directly across the street from the PG Mall, in between 2 grocery stores, and directly on top of the PG metro station. The price is expensive for a couple living on their own, but can be cut in half if you do not mind living with a roommate.

Metro access
Really convenient location; metro is literally in your backyard. Cozy, cute set up. Really good space. Responsive leasing staff.

I love it
This apartment is great. Very spacious, nicely presented. The buildings are nice, they're near a mall and right next to a metro station. It's a little less than 5 miles from campus, but due to traffic it can take about 20 -30 minutes if driving (avg. 23).

Great value, long commute
You can't beat the value. Great amenities (pool, gym, media and game rooms), enormous fenced yard area, across the street from the metro, and within a block of a mall, movie theater, bars, restaurants, gas station, etc.2 bedroom, 2 bath, parking, water, trash service, and pet rent (no weight limit for dogs) for just over $1k/mo/per person. The only downside is the long commute: it takes about an hour (metro to Dupont, then GUTS bus) to get to campus. (My fiance and I chose this location because she works in Baltimore, so we split the commute.)
