Great Apt - Except for Stairs
Post Lindbergh has been great to me and my roommates. We have been able to enjoy our apartment very much, and the leasing office has always been great about helping out when necessary. Only issue I have, is we are located on the the top (5th) floor, and there is only a set of stairs to get there - no elevator. Returning from the grocery store can be a pain sometimes. Really my own critique.

Great updated apartments
If you have a choice to rent an updated, they are much better. Good for first time apartment renters. Very safe and although we have a lot of stairs to get to our place, it is nice being on the top level, more private and had a balcony to enjoy to ourselves.

OK for now
Great location: close to Marta train station, short drive to Buckhead and Midtown, easy access to highway
Poor quality: gym amenities, security, value
Fair: management, social events

Not enough amenities
This apartment complex is ok, very overpriced, not enough amenities and the fees are ridiculous. It is close by the public transportation and that is probably the main plus, the people at the leasing office are neither friendly nor rude, they are ok.

Post Lindbergh
Our apartment is newly renovated and beautiful, but it faces north and does not get a lot of natural light. We recently heard of several break-ins, but I have always felt safe. There are two small pools and tennis courts. Wish they had trash valet and a dog run of some sort.

Good for traveling to the airport and if you have a pet
Post Lindbergh is close to the Marta (essential to me because I travel frequently for work so my airport commute is easy). The area around it is slowly gentrifying, like most of the ITP Atlanta. I think the high cost of living can be attributed to this - for what I pay, there isn't much space or amenities. The lounge pool and lap pool were renovated (acquired new furniture) this year but the gym could use a lot of improvement. In general, the gym's design is very poor. It's a great complex for pets and friendly neighbors. There have been over 14 reported break ins since I moved in June 2014 though, with little response from security. Overall it works for me but I don't plan on staying for a third year.

Post Lindbergh
It's okay. not bad, not good, just average place to live if you're strapped for money and need to rent on a monthly basis instead of buying your own home. as always, living in an apartment complex means you have ZERO privacy, you can have a fight with your spouse and idiot neighbors will call the cops on you. I cannot wait till we have our own home and our own privacy to live as a couple without weird neighbors. And also the apartments have terrible ventilation.

Decent place to live
These apartments are nothing special, but they get the job done. The rents are higher than they should be for what you get, but you are primarily paying for a convenient location (close to Marta Station). Security could also be improved.

Post Lindbergh
I enjoy the convenience and the location of Post Lindbergh. It is close to public transportation. My apartment is very spacious and the layout works perfectly for two roommates. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained as well.

Typical Atlanta Apartment Complex
Residents are diverse, but there are still a lot of shady characters walking about. The management is nice and understanding. Some of their rules and requirements are unnecessary - $500 pet fee is way too much. Close to the train station which is a plus for those who don't drive.
