Don’t live here

The building is old and has not been maintained. The unit was dirty when I moved in and things consistently break. They shut off the water for hours at a time with no notice. Now I have been seeing cockroaches in my apartment, which the pest control guy said are probably coming from another unit. There is also mold around the windows. I asked them to reseal the windows to prevent moisture from coming in, but they have not done so.
