Nice place but could be better

The Allure is in a great location for Buckhead, and you can walk to several restaurants and night life. The unit is spacious, bathrooms and bedrooms are large, and the amenities are pretty good too (pool, grilling area, gym) but the management could definitely improve. We had to move out of our first apartment due to a flooding/severe mold issue, and the whole process was handled very poorly.

Great Value for Area

This apartment is a great value for the area. Right at New Buckhead Atlanta development, updated interiors, nice amenities and cheaper than anything else in the area. Mostly young professionals. Always feel safe in the area. There is a 'dog park' but it's not great, yet there is plenty of space to walk pets.

Apartment is nice, room for improvement

We had a lot of problems with this apartment from move in to maintenance. However, it's recently come under new management which I think has begun to improve upon some of the processes (retrieving packages was a crapshoot, now there's some structure to it, and fewer lost packages). One side of the building faces a very noisy doggy daycare, which functions as a slight nuisance and/or built in alarm clock. It's technically dog friendly but the "dog park" is really just some extra space between the parking lot and a construction zone. The outside gate to the dog park is not secured. PROS: Extremely close to the buckhead bars and Buckhead Atlanta! Great restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. The gym is okay and overall the place feels relatively safe. Since the management shift, maintenance is quick.

It is nice

BEING that close to Buckhead is always convenient however sometimes not the best because it can be loud but not too loud but loud sometimes, overall its ok though and I would sometimes go back to it but probably not going to live there much longer I dont think.

Allure

I've lived at Allure for about 3 years now. It's been good to me, although I know there have been a few break ins to cars in the parking garage. Honestly though, you cannot beat the location. It's phenomenal. You can walk to the Buckhead Bars AND the new Buckhead ATL. If anything, definitely live here for location.

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
