Very nice

I really enjoyed living there. It's quiet for Bulkhead and near a lot of great facilities (Whole Foods, Lenox Square, and great restaurants).
The pool is really nice and apartments are neat (granite countertop is a big plus).
The management is really nice and dedicated.

Freindly and Fast Maintenance

The staff if extremely helpful in every situation. The same with the maintenance crew. Every problem I ever have is fixed with a day or two which helps me immensely to know that when something goes wrong or I need help with my apartment, I can rely on having it fixed in a timely manner.

Love everything except the parking

I think I lucked out with a unique layout of my apartment that happens to be a lot larger than most one bedrooms at my complex (and others) and I'm very confident that I pay a really good price for not only a one bedroom period, but particularly for mine. I'm pretty content with everything at my apartment complex with the exception of our parking garage. It's confusing and inconvenient - especially for visitors. The most simple way to get from the top of the parking deck to my apartment is the most confusing set of instructions I've ever had to give anyone, but I don't see the parking situation being much that can be improved or changed.

Gramercy Review

Great experience! I have been there for two years and love it. A little more expensive, but the price is worth it for the upgraded units available. The units have good granite countertops, high ceilings and beautiful crown molding. I have always felt safe. The only issue I have is the parking is very tough for both residents who don't purchase a parking spot and visitors

Gramercy Review

Pricey, but I love it. Great location and great staff and beautiful apartments in my opinion. I used to live in Midtown and while Buckhead is more pricey, it's not too much more considering the better location in GA. We also have a dog area in our complex which is great for the dog owners around.

Gramercy - great for post-grad

Great relocation post-grad. Young environment, good amenities like trash valet, a gym and two pools; parking isn't great if you're not willing to pay for a reserved spot. The pricing is competitive and the room sizes plus the walking distance to all the Buckhead bars evens itself out if you enjoy being in this area.

Good location; still too expensive

The apartment is nice; great location and convenient for me and my roommate. The price is too high for the space and offerings. I will likely move next year. Aside from that it has been nice. The grounds are clean, staff is nice and I haven't had any issues.

Getting around Buckhead

Buckhead Reviews

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
