Terrible
The management is run by students who don't know what they are doing. I moved into the apartment and it was not clean at all. The painted over the mold. It takes a long time to get through maintenance and for them to come and fix things. The area isn't safe. Cops are at least called 3x times a month.

Great location, amenities & management
Management has recently changed, and for the better! All maintenance requests and questions have been solved promptly. We have access to a pool and mediocre gym. The apartment is perfect for our needs and so close to downtown and the river. The apartment complex isn't social, but they are trying new things such as yoga classes, etc. There is no wifi in the main building or work rooms, and that's been a huge pain.
