Nice but expensive

It is a nice apartment in a good location for walking to the university or downtown. It has a bus stop right in front of it. The building is nice and feels like it is up to date. I think it has been remodeled in the last ten years. Parking is extra, but they do NOT enforce with towing. I have come home to find no spots available with cars parked in our lot without permits. I really wish they would tow violators. It's annoying to deal with. My apartment faces Mifflin Street, so it can be noisy Thursday through Sunday, but it is tolerable.

Nice studio

A really nice studio for 1 person. Spacious bathroom, good closet space. Laundry in unit and additional storage space available in the building. Indoor or outdoor parking available.
