Downhill with New Management
I moved in because I loved the management company and the feel of a brand new building. As it turns out, it looks better at first glance than it really is for the long term. Nothing is really very quality made and the new management takes usually a week or so to respond to requests, if they even respond at all. They don't like to accept packages in the office unless you put a note on your door. I travel for work so having them sign and hold for my packages was a huge must-have when I moved there. They love to send out emails about rules for pet waste on the property and about pool hours but no one abides by the rules and cleans up after their pets or leaves the pool at a reasonable hour and there is no one to enforce the rules. It's such a pain when there is noise at the pool that echoes and you have to close your windows and doors on a nice night because it's too loud. Parking is a hassle because there aren't enough spots for all of the residents in the garage and the garage is super dangerous since cars come zooming around the corners in blind spots where you can't see. The increasing rent prices are also a huge reason why they're having trouble keeping current residents and gain new ones. On a positive note, the pool is great (although a little too small for the property size) and the gym is awesome being two stories with plenty of good equipment.
