Decent price, good location
The rent is decent. The size, age, appliances, and natural light are great. The building is quiet and in a good, safe neighborhood. There’s also 24/7 onsite maintenance.

Oak Lawn Reviews
This is a very active neighborhood with a bar scene on the weekends. There are homeless people who live around here, but they have never bothered me. While I wouldn't call it a dangerous neighborhood, there is probably a little more crime than some larger complexes such as the Village.
