Overall, great place.
Can't really complain about anything besides the relatively expensive rent. The rooms are generally spacious (make sure you look at the floorplan beforehand), and it's a convenient 7-8 minute walk to the HEC. The south facing rooms get a lot more natural light than the rooms facing the courtyard.

Location, Historic Building & Amenities make building winner
Park Lane is a wonderful place to live, particularly if you like historic buildings. The historic features give the building charm and solid construction makes it very quiet. Within easy walking distance of retail, and walking/biking paths over. Love the views over Rockefeller Park. Concierge is a nice added amenity.

Park Lane Villa Review
Kind of expensive and good if going to the HEC, near the art museum, campus, and parks, walkable to uptown but other than that not too much nearby

Highly recommend
Overall a really great apartment building with lots of services and really nice living spaces! The only negative thing I can think of is the cost, which is relatively steep compared to other local apartment options, but still tends to be a little cheaper than the other modern apartment complexes.

Very safe and convenient
Park Lane is a very secure building with units that are very clean and pretty new. The people who work here are super nice and willing to help out with things like watering plants, walking dogs, etc. They are also really fast in fixing any utility problems. It's not super close to any places for social things, but a quick drive to Uptown is always good for ice cream!

Park Lane Villa Review
Expensive but worth it.

Good, probably better than Innova
It's a renovated 1923 hotel -- walls are sturdy and sound proof. Covered parking for ~$130/month, overall a nice place. Management is responsive, concierge service is good -- they replace broken appliances within 3 days. 8 minute walk to school.

very convenient
This apartment complex is located a short 7 min walk away from the HEC. It is also in walking distance (15-20 min) to the old medical school. It is very clean and spacious. The concierge service is nice, and it feels very safe.

University Circle Reviews
Close enough to campus buildings so there was enough light that I felt safe enough, but once I left campus, felt a little more alert.
University Circle is THE hub for cultural activity in Cleveland. The Cleveland Museum of Art is my favorite place in the Circle. It has fabulous permanent exhibits and brings in wonderful temporary exhibitions. The museum hosts social events that are perfect for young people more than once a month. The Circle also contains Severance Hall - home of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, the Natural History Museum, and more!
The area is fairly safe as it is heavily patrolled by UCPD and Campus Police. Ambulances frequent the area to get to the hospital, but that is the only noise complaint I've ever heard of.
I couldn't be happier about living right in University Circle during law school.
There is a grocery store that is very convenient and also the normal college campus chain restaurants like Chipotle.
