Easy access to Route 1 allows you to essentially bypass the highway and it only took me 12-15 minutes to get to LKSOM. Target, Starbucks, Panera, Chipotle, and several other great restaurants and grocery stores are easily walkable. It's also a 5-7 minute drive from Manayunk. Parking was never difficult and there is a secure gate at the entrance with a 24-hour attendant. The complex looks a bit outdated when compared to its neighbors (Presidential Apartments across the street), but is kept incredibly clean and maintained. The staff is attentive and helpful, especially with work orders.

Lincoln Green is a great apartment complex for a student. It feels very safe and secure. The bedrooms are very spacious, and each room has a very large closet. The balcony is also a nice addition. There are 2 pools available that are amazing. My only wish is that there were more places within walking distance, but target, starbucks, and chipotle are only a short walk away

I truly enjoy living here! I'm not a city person so the outdoor space, trees, and grass areas make me feel like I'm more in the suburbs! It's not too noisy. I've never felt unsafe. Outside area is always clean. Rent is a little on the expensive side but the location, size, and quality is mostly worth it.

This is a great place. The neighborhood is very safe and is located conveniently. The only problem is the maintenance staff can take a long time to respond, or sometimes, do not actually solve the problem. But this does not happen often, so it's fine.

I have only been a resident for 2 months, but so far I have enjoyed it! The 24 hour gym is great and the privacy of my home is good too. I love that parking is within the rent price. It's great that we can have unlimited guests over at the pool and guests have free parking as well.

Amenities would be nice if they were kept up, pool is often dirty and bathroom is gross. They overlook a lot of the little things that you would expect in "luxury living" such as vacuuming before you move in. Location is clutch for PCOM students. Close to target chipotle CPK and peiwei are also major pluses.

Apartment was clean, utilities work well. Maintenance is kind and fairly quick. Pool is awesome, clean. Air conditioning works well. Doors in my apartment get stuck shut, sometimes are hard to pull open and make loud noise- probably from years of layering coats of paint on doors and frames.

Pool is great and convenient. Quiet and always seats available, especially mid-day and to study. California grill has been used by people; would love to use some day. Over-priced apartments though, but for Philly standards, it's decent. Would like to have more space and more amenities for the price, cable and/or wifi at club-house or movie rentals.

Decent quick gym. Nice poolside area. Not enough space for the amount of rent. Pet friendly. Quiet. Safe with gates. Apartment space is slightly small but over all works. Will not be living here next year due to aforementioned issues. Takes a while for referral money to get to you.

The complex is really nice and clean and in the best location as I am 10 min from downtown and 10 minutes from the suburbs. While I love the diversity of the complex, my only complaint is the culture clash. There is a certain population that lacks understanding of western culture and social norms.
