Few MBAs, but great for a couple
My partner and I really like the layout of the apartment, the easy access to 54 and points east/west, the reasonable rent with cable/internet included. It's generally a very quiet complex with friendly people -- good for pet owners and couples. The one drawback is that our particular apartment doesn't have great natural light, but that is perhaps very different in other apartments in the complex. The management company is very attentive and will usually come by for service requests within a few hours.

Nice Place to Live
We found this place as "no bugs" was the biggest concern for my girlfriend. Management has been very responsive to any issues we have had and we have had no significant problems in the living arrangements. The outdoor pool is also very nice for the summer. Lots of dog parks too which is great for our dog.
