It’s pretty good
20 minute drive from the law school, ten dollars on your rent for the first pet, and you can have three big animals (not counting like, gerbils or fish), it has a gym, well lit, a lot of dog owners and a small dog “park” and a place for your trash and recyclables. The main building has a printer, which is great, and the walls are decently thick so that I can’t hear my neighbors.
