Excellent apartment complex
We've loved the property and have always had plenty of room for parking. Tons of trees around gives the complex a comfortable and fresh feel. It's also has a private entrance to the Muddy Creek Greenway which has been awesome. The gym is tiny - only a couple treadmills, an elliptical machine, a leg machine, a cable machine, and a rack of dumbbells. The units are a little older with outdated appliances, but the maintenance people are very responsive. No elevators or washer/dryer. The floor plans are spacious and we've loved hosting people for game nights and to watch Wake Forest sports.

Brookberry Park
Very nice, quiet, and close to things. Fifteen minute drive to campus, which was great for me, but not ideal if you don't have a vehicle. Wal-Mart and Sheetz within a 2 minute walking distance.
