Great Apartment - Great Location
The apartment is renovated and has fairly nice amenities. The gym and pool are somewhat sad but the area is nicely wooded and a decent unit for the price. Huge balcony, very close to the bus and 7 min from KF by car. Its a scenic area that is within walking distance from University Lake. The noise from NC 54 can be annoying and there is one to many cockroaches.
