2024 MAA Brier Falls

For the price and the area, this is a pretty good apartment. I live on the 1st floor so I have some pest issues. Maintenance is pretty quick at starting to fix stuff but management does not communicate well with maintenance which causes further communications with residence. The neighborhood is quiet and seems secure.
