Convenient location, friendly staff, good deal for money, accessible to maintenance immediately

I chose to live at the Lofts because it is a 15 minute walk to campus. The Lofts is also a modern and new building with great finishes and appliances. I would highly recommend for anyone that wants the convince of being able to walk to campus. It is a little pricer than some options, but you are paying for a new building and the location.

Lofts at Lakeview are a very good alternative for Fuqua students that prefer to stay away from the Station 9 party central. A 15-20 minute walk from Fuqua makes it very convenient. Management is very friendly but security is strict with noise and parties after 11pm

Lofts have pretty apartments, there are some good utiities such as you can rent the clubhouse free of charge, and also a movie theater to watch a movie with a big group. Also, they have an agreement with a dry cleaning service that can pick up and drop off your clothes (on your expense). The problems with the lofts are the following:
1. Expensive
2. Management are not cooperative and are just trying to get as much money as possible.
3. They have very strict rules to start and end a lease for example you need to provide a $100,000+ of financial proof to start a lease.
Belmont is nice as well but much cheaper with same great locatin so if you wanna save up, i would recommend checking belmont

Really enjoyed living at Lofts at Lakeview for 2 years. The apartments have nice finishes and modern amenities throughout the building. The building caters to a professional crowd as you will see several doctors living here as a second home to be close to the hospital. There is very little noise and few children (most of the 2 bedroom floor plans do not have doors which I think turns off families).

Front office staff could be more helpful, especially maintaining the guest suite and notifying of availability in a timely manner.

You get a lot of value for the price: free Wall Street journal, coffee, club room, gym/classes, and doggie waste bags.

I can walk to Fuqua in 15 minutes, which is very convenient. We have a west facing apt which gets great light and looks out onto a wooded trail and pond.

I've lived here for 3 years, both in a single and double bedroom apartments. A bit expensive comparing to other apartments in the area but worth the price given their amenities and location.

Great to be close to Fuqua and walk every morning. A bit expensive though

Enjoyed living in the Lofts - just a short walk to school. Convenient to be by many restaurants. I rent the clubroom or theater on a monthly basis for events. Attend the free workout classes regularly. Love the high ceilings. Downsides - the lack of room door might be an issue for some couples (coming from a Jr 1 bedroom was fine for us). Also, it is noisy when ppl walk above - we recommended to choose the top floor!
