The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.

Allure In Buckhead Village
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.

it is a nice location. a part of the beltline is right next to the complex, it is very green and the complex is close to everything you need. it is central yet quiet.

Its a fun part of town, but very busy and lots of traffic. Things here are more expensive than other parts of town. Lots of nice restaurants and nightlife.

Avana Lenox
It's a good place to be, technically I'm in North Midtown, near Ansley Park. It's not exactly walkable which is a con. There's also nothing around the Marquis Midtown complex. It's oddly barren / industrial. Walking under the Buford Highway Connector isn't the best. But the good thing is you are close to grocery stores, relatively close to Piedmont Park, and close to main thoroughfares -- making the commute to midtown or downtown easy.

Neighborhood is sketchy and very noisy. The Home Depot brings in a lot of noises late at night... machinery and vehicles. The Waffle House brings in a sketchy crowd with constant fights and arguments in the parking lot late at night. Also the constant traffic on Piedmont is annoying and loud.

Peninsula at Buckhead
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.

Midtown is probably the best part of Atlanta. Its not as dangerous as the other areas. there are plenty of business in the area that can provide anything you might need from food to shopping to intertainment.

This is a very family and pet friendly area. I have a dog and can just walk her around the block without having to hit any traffic, even if it is just one block off peachtree street.

This place is pretty cool, tons of bars and pubs to check out. Great for public transportation as well. I don't use my car much because I can walk to wherever I need to go.

It's on the border of Buckhead and Brookhaven so you get the best of both. Also really close to two Marta stations. There are a couple of dog parks in the area as well.

Break-ins and crime has really risen in this area! :( Sad to say I will be leaving this area in March 2016 due to the traffic, over abundance of new construction and crime.

Seems like a fairly safe area when compared to other areas of Atlanta. There are many great restaurants and stores/shopping available. It can be loud, and traffic can be a nightmare.

The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.

It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.

I wouldn't describe this neighborhood as Buckhead, but it is awfully close! I consider it between Buckhead and Midtown, which makes it an awesome central location, however the neighborhood is very industrial with no sidewalks and you can't walk anywhere. It faces the highway which can be noisy but also makes for easy access when driving to work, school, etc.
