Great amenities, VERY close to the hospital
The apartment is nice, the pool is nice, the gym is ok, being this close the hospital is everything.
Amli O4W
Outstanding - quickly responds to service requests / prime location on ATL Beltline / free parking / great floor plan and good amenities
This is a great place to live to be connected to social aspects of Atlanta community. Many great bars and restaurants nearby. Not super close to campus (15 minute drive)
Great place for students/families
Very nice, affordable, and family/pet friendly. Maintenance team is amazing. Only critique is that the way the management team handles package retrieval could be much better.
Amazing Location
Can’t beat the location and the amenities are sufficient
AMLI at Mueller Review
Great place to live if you dont want to live next to campus
AMLI Downtown Review
Excellent location!
Dadeland Apartment - Near Lots of Shopping
From my apartment, campus is just 20 minutes, the Dadeland Mall is right around the corner, and the nearby stores (Target, Publix, Best Buy, etc.) are perfect for daily needs and shopping. The building has three lounge areas, a gym, a package pickup service, and an absolutely amazing pool area. If there is a problem (which rarely happens), the management is always downstairs and staffed for questions I have.
Amazing location
Super close to a bunch of great bars and restaurants, as well as Katy Trail which is so nice.
AMLI Decatur - good location, over priced but very noisy
The apartment is about 12 minutes from campus. It is very nice apartment but also very pricey. The building management is not the greatest. The apartment can be very noisy being located next to the street.
No complaints, great space
Rent goes up quite a bit, but that is happening everywhere it seems. Management is responsive to problems. For example, guys were walking outside the gym and being creepy so management had the windows frosted. There were issues with the package room getting broken into and items stolen, so management has installed an Amazon locker package retrieval system. I feel safe in the area and the doors are secure. Parking is included with the price and behind a gate.

Amazing location! Great apartments.
AMLI Parkside Review
Responsive management, good location
Incredible location!
AMLI has been a great place to live during my last 2 years of medical school. I can easily bike to Grady and Midtown hospitals (as well as Emory - just a bit further but on the beautiful Freedom Parkway trail!) and am very close to lots of great social activities (the belt line, Piedmont park, bars/restaurants/ coffee shops, and many of my classmates!). It is more expensive than I would like to pay, but the location has tons of growth and it is definitely "the place to be" in the city. Apartment is beautiful with great amenities. There are many safety mechanisms in place and I always feel safe, but there have been a few incidents (I think a bit inevitable in a city with rapid growth and turnover...). I would recommend especially for later years in med school as the close location to clinical sites helps immensely!
In my humble opinion
I really enjoy living here. My partner and I have a lot of space for storage and a lot of sq. footage. We have a window that faces the lake which is beautiful. We have a nice large gym and great maintenance workers. The front desk staff is the best. There is free coffee in our workroom which is amazing.
Expensive but amazing apartment
Really nice apartment building. The people who live here are pretty much all working professionals so its nice and quiet on the weekends and late at night. I have a balcony with a view of the lake and the skyline but my rent reflects that. The rooftops are on the two main buildings and they have amazing views of lake union and the Seattle skyline. The bus to campus is easy you just take the 31/32 but the transportation to cap hill is not convenient same with Downtown. Very residential neighborhood so you aren't very close to any convenient stores, grocery store is a mile away and uphill so that can be inconvenient. I have a car so that makes my life easier but parking is a separate price. Amenities are awesome, great gym, business center, game room, courtyards, rooftops with grills, place to let out your dogs.
