Works
Expensive for what you get, but it's awesome to live with so many of your fellow students.

Expensive but convenient
Station 9 is where most of Fuqua lives, which makes it convenient. That also makes it in demand, which the owners recognize and hence hike the prices every year. It's not value for money, just for the apartment itself. But, as an international student, it makes it valuable to live with the community because it makes not just the transition easier, but also the time here better. If you can afford a better place and still want to stay close to the community, try Berkshire 9/Main or Solis 9.

Gets the job done
Station Nine is probably more expensive than you could find elsewhere, but it's where everyone lives

Great Staff, Nice Place, Reasonable Rent
Station Nine has been great. The apartment is nice and simple no luxuries, but well-appointed. The staff is very helpful, especially the maintenance staff. I would recommend to anyone.

Very convenient location- everything else is average at best
Getting packages is a nightmare- office opens late and closes before students get back from school a lot of the time
Management doesn't do a lot when it comes to certain issues like pests or leaks
Location is convenient but now that more apts are opening up in the area- it may be worth exploring those options vs overpaying for older apartments with difficult management

Great apartment for Fuqua students
Great service from the leasing office, nice to have many Fuqua classmates in the same building, maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner, convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants, and other students
