Great location
Great building, with amazing park/public facilities. I have lived here for about four months now and really do not have any complaints. The gym is also very nice and has incredible views of the bay and ocean from all of the aerobic machines. Overall, I would recommend to a prospective renter.

Close to Miami Beach, downtown, brickell, midtown and wynwood. Coral Gables, Little Havana and Coconut grove is also a short drive away. Lots of great restaurants, an amazing dog-friendly park, and just beautiful area in general.
More and more people are moving into the area to stay in close enough to the hub of the city but avoiding the price of say, Brickell. Young area.
Walking distance to Wynwood without the crowds
Very nice neighborhood, many other buildings so near a lot of people. Being right on pace park and the water is beautiful to be wake up to every morning.
Close to restaurants, nearby grocery store, near to highway.
